Love to Cook

The large bowl will hold approximately 6 cups (which takes you to about 1/2 inch of the top edge) and the small dish is really small- and will only hold 1/2 cup- so it's great for sauce or gravy.I love the large dish for poaching fish, making fish quiche or a fish frittata. You can put it in the microwave, oven and freezer. And on top of being functional, it's a beautiful piece of kitchen art.
