Delightful little pot, with inside diameter of 7" & is smaller than given in the description which must allow for the handles. The care and feeding instructions say it is oven safe up to 350' which is the reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5. the glass lid must be the reason for the limited temp bcs cast iron and most silicone can take more heat. I roast veggies at 400' in my larger iron pots. The smaller size and cast iron were the features I was seeking, so all in all, I'm content with this cutie.
