This is such a cute item, and I love the glaze

I had already bought the 5 quart boat baker, and I really liked that, so I was sure I would enjoy this little piece. It's very cute, and so functional. I love that I can put it safely in the dishwasher. The glaze is really pretty, on all my pieces (I have the red currant as well as the pineapple). I'm very pleased with Appolia ceramics.

Someone attempted to purchase this item for me for Christmas (through Amazon.) What arrived is a VERY tiny bowl that is not at all flat like the item pictured, it really looks like a bowl. It is also not even close to a two quart baker. It might hold two cups, if you're lucky. If you are looking for a two quart baker, this is not the item for you. The bowl was cute and I loved the color and the fish, but would certainly not work for any recipe requiring a two quart dish.
