Extremely poor quality

The first one of these that I purchased broke just by the heat of the oven at 450. The porcelain overlaying the cast iron shattered under the piece of meat, ruining dinner. I returned it to Amazon and they sent a replacement promptly. This new, identical pan is chipping piece by piece EVERY time I use it, even with very careful care. I guess it's the heat of the oven (always below 475)... Disappointed!
