I love Le Creuset and cannot say enough wonderful things about the company! I made sure to register for as many baking stoneware pieces as my kitchen could hold! This rectangular baker is a staple in my kitchen. I use it all the time for everything from casseroles to pork loins. This baker cooks very evenly. It wipes clean, and even if it doesn't, you can stick it in the dishwasher! The violet color is vibrant and gorgeous!
