Roasting Pan arrived as expected. This pan is very light weight and the handles which are spot welded on are somewhat rough on and around the welding. I can't really suggest anyone purchase this pan if your looking for anything of quality other than it's stainless.

Bought this one mainly for lasagna and wow, did it ever make a giant batch! The pan is a bit bigger than I expected and the lasagna noodles are not quite long enough to cover the bottom. Still, it came out delicious and everyboty loved it! Had enough left to put in the freezer (big plus, won't have to make it for while again). Anyway, the pan is not a heavy steel, rather light weight, which I like as it is less weight to lift out of the oven. The reason I gave it only 4 stars, are the handles. They're absolutely useless when trying to fold them up while it's still in the oven, even with oven mitts. Still had to grab it by the sides and had to be very careful for it not to slip. The clean-up was easy, as with all steel pans. Just soak for about an hour and wash off. Comes out like new!
